Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services.

  • How do I pay?

    Prepay is required for all of our clients. We prefer check, but you can pay with Venmo, linked below.

  • Will I have the same cleaning team every time?

    We understand the concern of having the same individuals cleaning your home on a consistent basis so we make every effort to send the same team to your home for every cleaning. When one or both of your cleaning professionals is absent, we make every effort to send one of the professionals from your team with a substitute. If we need to send a substitute team, a quality assurance check will also be performed on your home.  Rest assured all of our employees go through an extensive training program to ensure consistent cleaning techniques throughout our entire staff.

  • What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

    If you're scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that is observed by our office, we will contact you prior to rescheduling your cleaning.

  • What if I have a pet?

    Pets are not a problem, however we do need to know if you have them and we would like to have the names for reference. If any pet is aggressive, we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. If they are friendly, we will be happy to clean around them.

  • Should I tip my cleaning team?

    A tip is neither expected nor required. If you choose to leave a tip, please leave it on the kitchen counter. A note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot. They just want to know the work they performed met or exceeded your expectations.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes we do, they make wonderful gifts! They've been used for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Valentine's Day just to name a few. They are available in any amount with a 1 hour minimum. We can send them to you or to the recipient.

  • Do I need to do anything before you come to clean?

    Before we come, it's appreciated when items are picked up from the floor, dressers, tables and counters. This allows the cleaning people to clean more thoroughly. Dishes and laundry services are available upon advance request for an additional fee. If for some reason you do not want a particular room cleaned, please just leave a note and we will honor that request.

  • How do you monitor the quality of the cleaning?

    Employees are carefully trained to deliver the same level of excellence for every job. Each team has a leader who has been with the company for at least 2 years. There is a full-time supervisor on the field every day actively cleaning with one crew all day, ensuring quality control and consistency. Also, Claudia does periodic unannounced checks when the crew is cleaning.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

    With our guarantee, if for some reason something does not meet your approval, please inform our office within 24 hours and we will correct the problem. Remember, we are pleased when you are pleased.
